It looks like The Bucking Horse and Rider (BH&R) is a registered trademark of the State of Wyoming. That means we can't sell any plates with it.
We made a honest mistake thinking that, like all license plates, Wyoming plate falls in the royalty free category.
We are researching options on using the BH&R legally.
So, until then, here's a small image of the plate we wanted to publish:
